Plumeria is a new goat's milk soap with a unique floral scent. Plumeria, also known as Frangipani, are beautiful tropical flowers used to make leis, the traditional garland of flowers used to welcome visitors to Hawaii. Plumeria is a night blooming flower and uses its intoxicating fragrance to lure the Sphinx Moth to pollinate the flowers in the dark of night. Many flowering plants use fragrance to entice insects to enter flowers and then reward the pollinators with sweet nectar. But in the case of Plumeria it is all a ruse, because Plumeria does not have nectar! Perhaps that is why it blooms at night, bees would never fall for such a trick:)
